NCVM V-Grooving Machines is an upgraded product of the traditional equipment, and its main features are heavy duty, high speed and high efficiency compared with the traditional equipment.
This equipment adopts frame structure design, high strength bolt connection, good overall rigidity and small deformation.
The crossbeam of this equipment is fixed and immovable, and the workpiece is fed into the working table by the feeding mechanism which is replaceable. The flatness of the worktable is guaranteed to be within ±0.03mm.
The machine adopts carbon tool steel table, the hardness of which is above HRC55 after quenching. So the table wears very little and can be replaced, which prolongs the service life of the equipment.
This equipment 5KW high power high speed servo motor, tool holder body installed 6 cutting knives at the same time, the maximum cutting depth of 1mm, is 3 times the efficiency of traditional equipment.
